Daniel Victor

 

 

Daniel is a partner at the Law Offices of Victor and Victor, PLLC, and is Legal Counsel to the National Non-Profit, Grandparent Rights Organization.

 

Daniel Victor is an expert and specialist in the areas of divorce, child custody, and grandparent visitation.  Daniel has spent his entire career on complex family law cases, dealing exclusively in the areas of divorce, custody, paternity, parenting time, spousal support, child support, and grandparents’ rights.  Daniel is also an expert in the area of international custody disputes.  On April 26, 2007, Daniel appeared on the Catherine Crier show as an expert on the disposition of Anna-Nicole Smith and Larry Birkhead's daughter, Danniellyne.  Daniel has also served as an expert for the controversial Roy case, on the issue of proper jurisdiction between Ireland and the United States.

 

Prior to entering private practice, Daniel clerked for the Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, Conrad L. Mallett, Jr., as well as for the Chief Judge of the Oakland County Circuit Court, Joan E. Young.  Daniel has also served as a Guardian ad Litem, representing children of divorce in Oakland County.
