Leaders In The Law for 2005.

As
internationally known authors and experts in the field of Family
Law, Richard and Dan Victor have lectured around the United
States and Canada. Both share the philosophy that the practice
of Family Law should help divorcing couples realize that divorce
is an emotionally draining experience, born from loss, which
usually does not allow individuals to think and act logically
and emotionally at the same time. Their practice of handling
these cases in a more personalized and direct way helps their
clients work through this period and succeed in overcoming the
loss which divorce brings. When children are involved,
their unique approach to these cases helps both parents realize
that even though they may no longer be “marriage partners” they
will always be “parent partners.”
